Which is the Best Motorsport Racetrack?
For my girlfriend’s birthday she got a ticket for two to go to Motorsports at one of these arenas:
Brands Hatch
Cadwell Park
Castle Combe
Knockhill
Oulton Park
Snetterton
Now, we’re both into banger racing, which was why she was given these tickets, but we’ve never really even considered going to an actual racetrack and have no experience of which ones are the better to go to. Can people relate their past experiences of the six and if anyone has been to all 6 which is their best. Also what time of the year is the best time to go?

i’ve actually been round Brands Hatch at racing speed so from that point of view it’d be my personal choice, but i’ve always liked Snetterton and Thruxton (which isn’t on your list) and i don’t really know why.
It all depends on where you live and how far you want to travel
Knockhill – Scotland
Brands Hatch – Kent
Snetterton – Norfolk
Oulton Park – Cheshire
Castle Combe – Wiltshire
the only one i’m not sure of is Cadwell Park
Obviously as a spectator the best time to go is on a nice sunny day, because you are guaranteed to see a full days racing where as wet wheather can lead to some races being either delayed or called off completely. It also depends on what you WANT to go and see, for me Brands is perfect for everything because it is in a natural bowl so you’ve got an excellent view of the entire indy circuit (the GP doesn’t get used all that often these days)
