Fast, decently priced, 4 or 6 cylinder stock?
I have looked at some V8s and V6s. Strayed away from 4 bangers. I started looking at them and found a couple that interest me. Wanted to get some ideas from people on what to get. I want something from the 90s for the most part, specifically mid to upper. I’m not looking for a race vehicle, I just want something that sounds good, looks decent, gets decent or good mileage, safe, reliable, and has some speed (that’s why i stayed away from 4 cylinders originally) and under 4000 give or take. Got any ideas?
Btw please no smart-a$$ comments. I had a question regarding this and it was never really answered. No ideas were added to my list. If you have nothing, then please don’t answer.

Forgot don’t want a turbo or super.
The late mid-late 90’s/early 00’s Pontiac Grand Prix’s were nicely equipped in terms of power. Their interiors are adequate. I don’t quite remember how they were in terms of reliability, but I have a good friend that still has his 98 Grand Am V6 and nothing major has gone wrong with it since he still drives it daily.
You might want to take a look at that.
